We care where the AI stops.
We trade meat ourselves. A wrong invoice, or a message sent in our name, would cost us too. So our tools are built to be careful first, and clever second.
Six things that hold in every tool.
It reads. Code does the sums.
AI reads the messy part: emails, chats, documents. Prices, dates, margins and totals are worked out in code, the same way every time.
A person has the last word.
AI proposes. Someone on your team accepts it, corrects it or turns it down. Order status and invoices are always a person’s click.
Unsure means it stops.
When the software isn’t sure, it doesn’t guess. It keeps things as they were and asks.
Nothing goes out in your name.
It doesn’t write to your buyers or suppliers for you. Drafts wait in your own WhatsApp or mail until you send them.
Your records, not its memory.
Answers come from your own data. Anything from outside is labelled and kept apart.
Every step leaves a trail.
When your own AI works in our tools, it acts as a named person, with their permissions, and every call is logged.
Where AI acts first.
In two places on the MeatBorsa marketplace, AI acts before a person looks: offers that arrive by email are published as listings, and chat messages are translated into the reader’s language. We would rather you hear it from us.
Yours, and used for your work.
Your data is used to do your work in the tools. The one model we train ourselves learns only product names from marketplace listings, so it can tell a pork collar from a pork belly in any language.
Tell us when it gets it wrong.
If AI in one of our tools read something wrongly or did something you didn’t expect, write to us. A person reads every report.
