MakeBetter is a brand of Bid Optimized Ltd. In these terms, “MakeBetter”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bid Optimized Ltd. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the website.

These terms apply when you visit or use this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. When you use one of our products, or sign an agreement with us, that product’s terms or that agreement apply to it (see section 07).

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You can read the site free of charge, without an account. Please use it lawfully and fairly. In particular, do not:

• try to get into parts of the site, its servers or our systems that are not meant to be public;
• attack the site, overload it, or get around anything that protects it;

• copy the site in bulk, by hand or with automated tools, to rebuild it or its content somewhere else;

Other names on the site, such as Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp, Outlook, Gmail and Microsoft Teams, belong to their owners. We use them only to say which services our tools work with. This does not mean those owners endorse us.

This website describes our products. It does not give you the right to use them. Each product has its own terms and privacy notice, or is provided under an agreement with your company, and those apply when you use it:

If a product’s terms and these terms differ, the product’s terms apply to that product.

The site links to other websites, including our product sites and services run by others. We do not control websites run by others and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse them.

The site gives general information about our tools and about how the meat trade works. It is not legal, tax, financial, credit, insurance, food-safety, veterinary or trading advice, and it is not written for your situation.

These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the law of Bulgaria. The courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, decide such disputes.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
