LedgveroCredit & payments

Risk, with reasons.

Ledgvero keeps a credit tier on every buyer, from Lowest to Critical, and says why in plain numbers. Insurance and factoring are counted in. Anything it is not sure about waits for a person.

How a tier is set

Facts first. Then judgement.

The numbers come from your invoices, payments and cover. The AI weighs them. A few facts overrule it, and a person can overrule everything.

  1. 01 · Facts

    Counted, not guessed.

Each buyer’s numbers are added up in code, in your currency at today’s rate.

    • Open and overdue, by age
    • Credit limit used
    • Insured limit, uncovered part
    • Factoring advances on late invoices
    • 24 months of paying
    • Write-offs, claims, legal cases
    • Recent notes, in any language
  2. 02 · Judgement

    Five questions for the AI.

It reads the facts as a credit controller would and answers in fixed forms, not prose.

    • Which tier?one of five
    • How do they pay?0–4
    • Getting worse?0–3
    • Loss after insurance?0–4
    • Signs of distress?yes / no
  3. 03 · Rules

    Some facts need no judgement.

    • Open insurance claimCritical
    • Active legal caseCritical
    • Strong distress signalat leastHigh
  4. 04 · Decision

    Unsure means unchanged.

When the AI is not confident, the old tier stays and the buyer is marked Needs review.

You can pin any tier with a reason. Automatic assessment then leaves it alone.

The tier picks the buyer’s reminder plan.

A buyer is looked at again when anything changes: a payment, an invoice, a note, a limit, a factoring line. At least daily while they owe you money.

Insurance and factoring

What really covers you.

An insured limit and a factoring line are instruments, not checkboxes. Ledgvero works out what each one covers today, buyer by buyer, and what you would carry if a buyer stopped paying.

An advance on an overdue invoice is owed back to the factor if the buyer does not pay. The tier counts it as your risk.

On each factored invoice

  • Matched to the line
  • Advance recorded
  • Collection recorded
  • Settled

A frozen line takes no new invoices or buyers; the ones in flight run to settlement.

Issues

Read by AI. Doubts go to a person.

Invoices, credit notes, pro formas and the papers that come with them arrive by email, upload or API. The AI reads each one. A document it cannot vouch for is held back from your totals and becomes an issue for a person.

The next thirty days, by risk.

Every open invoice is placed on the day the money is expected: the factor’s settlement date, a date the buyer promised, or the due date. Then the same cash is shown by tier, so you can see how much of next week rests on shaky buyers.

What it connects to

One source for who owes what.

Ledgvero holds the truth about who owes what and how safe it is. The other tools read it from there instead of keeping their own copy.

Comes in

  • Your inboxCopy a Ledgvero address on outgoing invoices; documents are read and filed.
  • Upload and APISingle files, batches, or straight from your accounting system.
  • Bank paymentsEach payment matched to its invoices, with a reason for every suggestion.
  • Insurer and factor documentsLimit letters and spreadsheets read, matched, applied when you say so.

Goes out

  • BOSSReads each order’s payment state live, and the buyer’s insured limit.
  • RegistryBuyers sent to the shared company registry every night, one identity each.
  • RemindersEmail and SMS, on the plan the buyer’s tier picks. Buyers can open their own statement by link.
  • ExportsThe weekly review and month-end statements as XLSX.

Ask the desk.

The same desk answers in Slack and in Claude. Questions get numbers with the ids behind them. Changes come back as a card for a person to confirm. Writing only works where the company has turned it on, and only for an admin.
